POSITIVE SELF-TALK


1. I control my thoughts,emotions and actions.
2. I am a good,valuable and worthy person.
3. I am capable of achieving the goals that I set for myself today.
4. I love myself so much.
5. I am responsible to myself.
6.I learn from mistakes and I can find opportunities for improvement and growth.
7. Everyday I am becoming more knowledgeable,more aware,more caring and more in control.
8. Regardless of what happen in my life,I have decided to be happy.
